Amazing service and staff. My daughter (11) wanted to get her ears pierced while on holidays. Called “The Piercing Shop” after reading great reviews online however they were booked out (always a good sign). We made an appointment for the following day before we had to go to the airport. Later that afternoon they called and managed to fit her in between clients. The piercing rooms are meticulously clean (with amazing artwork on display) and the piercing procedure was done before my daughter had time to think about it. All staff we dealt with were extremely professional to deal and were amazing at what they do. Would absolutely highly recommend.

I was worried as it was my first cartilage piercing (I got a conch), but the staff were all very supportive and helpful. Tristan (?) kindly gave me a consultation and took his time assessing my ear anatomy to give me the best advice. He was so friendly, helpful, and would make you feel at ease and supported no matter if you are new or seasonal at body piercings. Ana - my piercer, was also very knowledgeable and experienced. She's a master at calming your nerves and at piercing with great aesthetic yet the quickest, most minimal pain. From my interaction with only two staff (two so far, I'm coming back for more), they seemed to genuinely care about customers' wellbeing and they're passionate about the field. The shop itself is tucked away nicely and has an underground vibe (ironic since it's two stairs up) with beautiful decor. It's also super clean and smells good. The shop's website is done nicely, professionally and easy to navigate. Pricing is competitive and fair. Though they do not do deals like other chains, the highly experienced piercers and personalised customer service will ensure that your piercings are done with the best healing chance, technique, aesthetic and are well taken care of with their check-up service. Thank you to Tristan for guiding me and Ana for the amazing piercing work! Update 1: My conch was painless to the point of being unnoticeable after only 5 days! The skin surrounding it is lightly pink, and no bleeding nor crusting occurs. I've contacted the shop regarding aftercare and their responses were quick and helpful. Told me that my old saline spray from another store contains alcohol and was irritating and recommended more gentler ones.

Always a treat seeing you guys! I still remember when Anna pierced my nose a few years ago now and then had to help me when I was being inpatient and didn’t want a stud! 😂 been back many times since then! Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Only down side is that it’s a track into the city, but definitely worth it! Maybe I just need to learn to be more patient and wait to come in for ALL OF MY PIERCINGS! 😂 🩷

I came here to get my ears repierced as they had partially closed over. I found all 3 staff that I dealt with really friendly and accommodating. They had a good range of jewellery to choose from and I would absolutely come here again for any piercing needs. The process was fairly pain free and I really liked how they incorporate breathing techniques as they push the needle through. I've never been instructed to do that before and I really feel like it helped to calm any nerves that I had.

This is the best place I have ever been to!!! After I had to take my firsts out as they were a cheap lovisa horror story, I got mine re done as well as a daith. Everyone was so lovely, the girl setting up was so nice and helped calm me down with some good jokes. Then the lady who did my ears and daith was so lovely. When I needed a minute to breathe I was allowed to take as long as I needed, and I was given a stress toy to use. She also danced her way through it. The piercings it self weren’t painful and we’re done so quickly. The place is so clean as well. The guy giving out all the after Care advice was a god send giving me all the right tips. I will definitely be returning for more. PLEASE GO HERE!!!!

came to the piercing shop after i had a piercing done incorrectly with a bar far too small at a different piercing studio. reception was friendly and welcoming, making time for me even on a busy day, and my piercer (did not catch their name but they had a shaved head with a ponytail and awesome colour tattoos) was absolutely fantastic. made me feel completely at ease and was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. i had a custom length bar chosen for me to accommodate swelling and my piercing that was once painful and swollen now feels good as new. thank you for going above and beyond for me today! :-)

20 years on I still have the surface piercings on my back and hip that Jackie pierced for me!! This is the only place to go in Brisbane for professional piercings with quality jewellery. Ana, Jackie and their team have looked after me for so many years and I look forward to seeing their happy faces every time I go back! If I could give them a bonus 6th star I absolutely would
